The site features approximately 450,000 ft² of industrial building with high ceilings which will be developed into cultivation and manufacturing facilities, each with their separate address and identity. GR Cannabis Park will have the highest cannabis-compliant security with fencing (perimeter and interior around the facility), full exterior lighting, and cameras surrounding the entire property. An existing entry guard station monitors all incoming persons and traffic. GR Cannabis Park will directly manage all exterior security compliant with Minnesota state cannabis regulations.
